DLT wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
What we have done
- Tested every page with automated accessibility tools, at desktop and phone sizes, before the site launched.
- Made every link, button and form field reachable with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
- Checked the color contrast of the text on every page. Text meets the WCAG AA contrast level, and most body text meets the stricter AAA level.
- Given photos text descriptions for screen readers, and kept a clear heading order on each page.
- Labeled every form field, and made the form point out any answer that is missing.
- Built the pages to work when zoomed in and on small screens without scrolling sideways.
The chat and other outside services
The chat on this site is provided by another company, and we cannot change how it looks or works. If it gets in your way, you can reach Donnie by phone or email instead. Links to other websites, such as Google reviews or Starlink, lead to sites that handle accessibility on their own.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us. Call (386) 243-9535 or email info@dltsupporttech.com, and let us know the page and what went wrong. We will work with you to get you the information or the service you need.
Keeping this website accessible
We keep improving the site's accessibility and update this statement as we do.
