Where we work, and what to have ready for a quote
The service area reaches roughly 120 miles out from Lake City. That takes in Gainesville, Ocala, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Fernandina Beach, Callahan, Macclenny and Live Oak, and crosses the Georgia line to Valdosta, Waycross, Kingsland, Woodbine and White Oak.
What to have ready when you ask for a quote
It helps to know roughly how far apart the buildings are (the measure tool in Google Maps works), what the roof or other mounting surface is, whether trees are in the way, whether the far building or the gate has power, whether any building is metal, and what you have for internet now. None of it needs to be exact. If you’re getting Starlink, you can run the Check for Obstructions tool in the Starlink app before you order: stand where you’d like the dish, and it shows what’s in the way. Then you can describe the trees in your request instead of guessing.
the areas we coverWhat happens after you send a request, step by step
- 1Fill out the quote request form, or call (386) 243-9535.
- 2Describe the property and what you want.
- 3Donnie gets back to you and discusses the job. You get a quote, or he explains what else he needs first.
- 4A site visit, when needed, is booked separately and billed.
- 5The job gets scheduled and done.
When a site visit is worth paying for
A site visit makes sense for a large property, a property with several buildings, any job that might need a wireless link between two buildings (a point-to-point link), or a commercial job where someone has to show a price to the person who approves the spending. If a visit would change the quote, Donnie tells you before anyone drives out. The wireless link is the clearest case: its two antennas need a clear line of sight to each other, and trees along that line are hard to judge from a map.
If the property turns out different from what you described
Now and then a property turns out different from the description. When that happens, you hear about any change to the quote before work starts, not afterwards on the invoice.
When a job can be quoted without a visit
Driving out to look at every job would mean charging everybody for the driving. Standard installations can often be quoted from your description, because after 35 years, the questions that decide a quote are the same on most jobs. A more complex job may need photos or a site visit first, and Donnie tells you which.
“Super easy setting up an appointment, he answered any and all questions I had.”

What people usually ask about

Questions about quotes, site visits and scheduling
(386) 243-9535Donnie answers the phone Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.
Is asking for a quote free?
Yes. The form, the call and the quote are free. A site visit, when needed, is billed.
Will I get a quote on the first call?
Often, for a standard installation. For other jobs, we’ll discuss the job and give you a quote or explain what else we need, such as photos or a site visit.
What if I don’t know the technical details?
That’s fine, and it’s normal. Describe the problem in your own words.
How quickly can you come out?
It depends on what’s already on the schedule. Donnie leads every install, so he gives you a date from his calendar when he gets back to you.
Do you have a showroom?
No. This is a mobile business and the work happens at your property.
