Smart home installation: your thermostat, locks, doorbell and lights on one system.

Most smart homes get put together one purchase at a time. A thermostat comes from one place, a doorbell from another and bulbs from a third, each with its own app and its own account, and none of them work with the others. Smart home installation across North Florida and South Georgia means one system, set up by a business that also installs Wi-Fi and security cameras.

Wi-Fi, cameras and smart home devices, planned to work together

Smart home devices run on your Wi-Fi, so where the Wi-Fi is weak, they lose their connection. Most people find that out after the devices are installed. When one business plans the Wi-Fi, mounts the cameras and sets up the smart home devices, all three are designed to work together from the start. Donnie, the owner, quotes every job and leads every install.

Smart devices that act on their own when you arrive, when you leave and overnight

If you have to open an app every time you want something done, the smart home isn’t saving you any effort. Routines fix that: they run on their own when you arrive, when you leave and overnight. Donnie sets those routines up with you, so you aren’t left to work out the app on your own.

Thermostats, locks, doorbells and lighting

The work covers smart thermostat installation, smart locks and video doorbells, and smart lighting, all set up on one system instead of left as separate apps. One system means one app on your phone runs the thermostat, the locks, the doorbell and the lights, with the routines built inside it. Each device’s own app is still there for setup, updates and anything the main app can’t do. Nest thermostats are a regular part of this work.

Start small and add more later

Starting with a few devices and adding more later works fine, as long as you pick devices that work in the same app. Then each new one joins the system you already have instead of needing an app of its own.

Questions about smart home installation

(386) 243-9535

Donnie answers the phone Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Do I have to replace everything I already own?

Not necessarily. Smart devices you already have can often join the new system. Say what you have on the call, and if you’re planning to buy anything new yourself, ask first.

What does a smart home install cost?

Three things decide the price: how many devices are involved, what you already have, and whether your Wi-Fi can handle them. Fill out the quote request form or call, and describe the house. Standard installations can often be quoted on the call. For other jobs, we’ll discuss the job and give you a quote or explain what else we need. If the house turns out different from the description, you hear about it before any work starts, not afterwards on the invoice.

Where should I start?

Start with whatever annoys you most, usually the thermostat or the front door. You can add more later, as long as the first devices work in the same app as the ones you add.

Do you charge for a site visit?

Yes. A site visit, when needed, is billed. Asking for a quote is free.
