Tech support for your home network, cameras and smart home

When the Wi-Fi keeps dropping, a camera goes offline or a smart device stops responding, call Donnie. Tech support covers networks and Wi-Fi, security cameras, smart home devices, Starlink setups and wired network cable at homes and businesses across North Florida and South Georgia, whether DLT installed them or someone else did.

What tech support doesn’t cover

Tech support here is for networks, Wi-Fi, security cameras, smart home devices and Starlink setups. It isn’t computer repair. It isn’t Starlink billing or account help either: your Starlink bill, account and service plan are handled by Starlink, in the Starlink app or at starlink.com.

Fixing slow Wi-Fi and connections that keep dropping

Speed tests show where the connection is slow. From there, Donnie finds what’s interfering with the signal and fixes the connections that are slow or keep dropping, on the Wi-Fi and on the network behind it.

Software updates for routers, cameras and smart home devices

Routers, cameras and smart home devices run on built-in software that gets updates, including fixes for security problems. Installing those updates keeps the equipment protected and working the way it should.

A check-up of a system that’s already installed

A check-up looks over the whole system, the network, the cameras and the smart home devices, to catch a problem before it takes something offline. It’s booked like any other visit, whenever you want one.

Setting up new equipment and replacing equipment that has failed

A new router, another camera or a replacement smart device gets set up and added to the system you already have, with its settings moved over from the old one.

Questions about tech support

(386) 243-9535

Donnie answers the phone Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Do you offer monthly or annual support plans?

No. Tech support is booked one visit at a time, when you need it.

Can you help with my Starlink bill or account?

No. Your Starlink bill, account and service plan are handled by Starlink, in the Starlink app or at starlink.com. DLT helps with the equipment side: where the dish sits, the mount, the cable and the Wi-Fi it feeds.

Can you help with a system someone else installed?

Yes. Tech support covers networks, Wi-Fi, security cameras, smart home devices and Starlink setups, whoever put them in. Describe the system and what stopped working on the call.

Do you repair computers?

No. Tech support covers networks, Wi-Fi, security cameras, smart home devices and Starlink setups. Computer repair isn’t part of it.

What if something you installed stops working?

We stand behind our work. Call (386) 243-9535 and Donnie sorts it out. If the Starlink dish or router itself fails, you file that claim with Starlink, through the support portal in your Starlink account.

What does a tech support visit cost?

It depends on what stopped working and how much of the system needs checking. Describe the problem in the quote request form or on the phone, and we’ll give you a quote or explain what else we need.

Tell us about the problem. We’ll give you a quote or explain what else we need.
